Jun 08, 2026"QUE @ Hysan Place – Crab croquettes: super crispy, rich crab flavour, homemade tartar sauce is spot on. Hokkaido scallop pasta: fresh plump scallops, light umami sauce, perfectly cooked. Spanish chorizo risotto: creamy, smoky & spicy, generous portion. Kyoto Uji matcha tiramisu: strong matcha taste, airy and not too sweet. Cozy vibe, fast service, reasonable prices for Causeway Bay (mains ~HKD 120-180). Great casual Japanese-Western fusion spot – solid choice when you want something tasty and chill."

May 30, 2026"Mid-range restaurant in a trendy busy shopping mall. Not the quietest place but great food and service. We loved the unique japanese and western fusion style. They seem to introduce new dishes regularly which is a plus for us. Staffs were all polite and responsive. Highly recommended."

May 13, 2026"Had the scallop cream pasta at QUE in Hysan Place and it was a great surprise. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and coated in a rich, creamy sauce that felt well balanced rather than heavy. The scallops were the highlight - sweet, tender, and nicely seared, adding a clean contrast to the creaminess. You can tell there’s attention to detail in how the dish is put together, with everything tasting cohesive without being overdone. Portion was just right and it left that satisfying “I’d come back for this again” feeling."

Mar 17, 2026"Que at Hysan Place is a polished take on Japanese fusion dining, with an emphasis on vibrant flavours and thoughtful presentation that feels both modern and approachable. The menu leans into creative East‑meets‑West combinations, from sushi tacos built on crisp tempura seaweed to grilled mains that balance richness with a clear, light finish, so you leave satisfied rather than weighed down. Dishes arrive neatly plated, portions are generous, and ingredients taste fresh and carefully handled, which reinforces a sense of clean execution in both cooking and prep. The room itself is bright, wood‑toned and comfortably spaced, creating a calm backdrop. Service is friendly, patient and attentive; staff check in without hovering and are happy to walk you through the more inventive items on the menu, which makes the concept feel very accessible even for first‑timers to fusion Japanese. Combined with reasonable pricing for the area, Que delivers a reliably pleasant experience that suits casual dates, small groups, or a relaxed solo meal between errands."
